Green Mountain Behavior Consulting is looking for a full- time Behavior Consultant/ Behavior Analyst to join our team! Green Mountain Behavior Consulting offers an exciting opportunity for a Behavior Consultant/Analyst to join us in and around Washington County, Vermont. We provide full time services (M-F) for children and youth in Vermont public school setting. GMBC is seeking a Behavior Consultant that shares the same passion, values, and mission as GMBC: to improve the lives of children, youth and families by providing high quality, effective, individualized, compassionate care through the use of applied behavior analysis. Job Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support for GMBC clients
Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
Create and implement applied behavior analysis intervention plans and programs focused on skill acquisition (social skills, play skills, adaptive and communication skills) as well as behavior management strategies.
Collect, analyze, and graph data as it pertains to treatment goals/objectives and behavioral data.
Provide on-going supervision, coaching, and program modeling to behavior technicians and assistant behavioral consultants (ABC).
Provide written and oral feedback to behavior technicians.
Conduct and facilitate training.
Attend regular staff meetings.
Demonstrate superior interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients and families based on HIPAA policies and laws.
Adhere to BACB code of ethics of professional conduct.
Job Qualifications:
Masters Degree (or in pursuit of Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Preferred)
Experience with Autism or DD and Trauma (Preferred)

Full time hours Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $80,000.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
